Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Area13 is dedicated to customer service so if your not happy then we're not happy,
If you receive an item that your not happy with for what ever reason simple return it
to us in the condition and time frame listed below and we will happily exchange or refund.
Your item must be in its original unused condition retaining original tags and packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. 
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 
Unfortunately Area13 is not responsable for the cost of return shipping on refunds and exchanges.
If your order is cancelled before the item is shipped in some case there maybe a cancellation fee depending on which payment method was used, this the fee goes directly to the payment company and not to Area13.
How To Return An Item

Include in your package the return form which you would have received with your item stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 
We suggest insured registered post as Area13 is not liable for lost return parcels.
Return Exceptions

Sale Items: Sale items must be returned within 30 days unless the product is faulty under warranty or the incorrect item was sent, we can exchange sale items but unfortunately not refund on them , so please choose carefully.

Swimwear: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Boxed/Packaged Goods: Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. cannot accept COD deliveries and any returns sent COD will have the postage costs deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 
If your clothing item is  in its original unused condition retaining original tags and packaging, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Delivery normally takes between 2 - 14 business days Depending on your location. ALL Items that are shipped have tracking numbers.
Order Tracking
When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 
Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
